Business-Owned Records

Records you create, edit, or submit while you are a member of a business account are treated as part of that business account's records and are controlled by the business owner or authorized administrators. If your individual account later becomes inactive, archived, or deleted, we generally do not remove those business records solely because your personal account changed status, except where required by law or by the business owner's instructions.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
